Good Regimen is personal to me.
I grew up in Honolulu in a Chinese immigrant family where bird’s nest was treated as something rare and special. It was part of how I understood care, wellness, and not taking something precious for granted.
I also know what it feels like to struggle with skin that is oily, acne-prone, sensitive, and easily irritated. For a long time, skincare felt like something I had to fight through instead of something that supported me.
