That’s why we offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try our products and decide if they’re right for you.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return—even if the product has been opened and used.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@goodregimen.com with your order details.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Returns must be requested before sending items back
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@goodregimen.com, so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized products
Exchanges
If you’d like a different product, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
