Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping (U.S.): 1–2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.
Free Shipping
Good Regimen Skin Company offers free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $70 or more after eligible discounts have been applied.
The $70 minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Shipping eligibility and available delivery options are confirmed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. Good Regimen is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Good Regimen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
